In order to keep our pricing structure transparent we indicate any delivery charge due as a separate item on our invoices.

This keeps down our basic product prices especially for those customers who have the means or preference to collect and who would otherwise suffer from higher costs if delivery was included in the base cost.

Our charges are quite nominal and simply act as a contribution towards the cost of fuel and time in making the delivery.

We allocate our delivery cost according to the size of the order which determines the number of trips we need to make together with the 'radius miles' to the destination. We may at our discretion cap the charge or waive it completely.

The following table will provide you with an indication of the likely delivery change per trip for various radius miles.

Please enquire if you think you trip will exceed 30 radius miles

Delivery is usually made to 'kerb side' only (i.e. the front of your property) and our drivers are under strict instructions to abide by this in order not to risk any damage to your property so please do not ask otherwise at the time of delivery.

Please also make sure you have a suitable place to stack your delivery at the edge of your property.
